Customer Service Executive - Logistics - Slough
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who has a couple of years industry experience within customer service to join a highly successful company in the logistics industry who are based in Slough.
The role will involve working closely with the client’s members to provide swift and efficient responses to all kinds of enquires. You will be resolving issues and identify ways to improve performance and service delivery to members.
Within the role you will have the opportunity to help maximise the growth of the business by developing relationships with existing members to convert their interest into sales.
The role offers brilliant career progression opportunities for the right candidate with the possibility to move into an account manager role within the first 12 to 18 months, with further opportunities available too.
Must have a degree qualification.

Required Skills / Experience:
- To provide exceptional customer service to members via a range of communication channels.
- Ensure inbound call resolution, complaints handling and liaison with service centres, to address service issues, is achieved within service level and meets the expected quality standards.
- To ensure revenue opportunities are maximised across all accounts and revenue streams.
- Establish and develop business relationships with members, converting interest into sales.
- To be an active contributor, enhancing an environment that delivers excellent member service.
- To maximise sales, focussing on revenue onput and the retention and growth of our existing member base, taking accountability for the achievement of defined sales and quality targets
